Rosemary is an herb you can find in every supermarket,that can help you in different ways. To start, it has been used for a long time against fatigue. Most important, is that it also contains a powerful antioxidant called curcumin. Just like ginger is curcumin an antiseptic. It also helps to lower the risk of heart- and coronary diseases.
