Good that you're seeking help!

There are several things at play: you have stress at school, you play sports every day and you're fighting with your best friend. That can be stressful. A little stress is not a bad thing, because everyone needs stress in their life; it ensures that you are alert and get things done. For example, if you have to perform at sports or have an exam.

Sounds like the stress in your situation is all just too much for you. My advice to you is to see what you can do about this per situation:

  • Your school stress: make a list with a schedule and ensure a good structure. Also, make sure you have enough relaxation between moments of work. Relaxation can be very simple: think of listening to music, watching Netflix or going for a walk, for example.
  • Sport: good that you work out! Do you notice that it is too much to exercise every day? Then take rest days in between. Good planning and structure can lead to less stress.
  • Arguing with your best friend: start a conversation with her and give each other space. Think about the following beforehand: what do you feel, what would the other feel? What do you think? What would the other think? What would you like to say and what would the other person like to say to you? Often arguing is a miscommunication and is likely stressful for both of you. Therefore try to understand each other.

Good luck!
